The complimentary power-train warranty includes repair assistance for parts and labor on the engine, transmission, and differential. This complimentary warranty is honored in Canada, and is valid for up to 30 days or 2000 kilometers from the date of purchase, although some exceptions and/or limitations may apply. ✔ Limited Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee
Repo.com's Limited Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return your vehicle purchase by the close of the following business day (as defined by the days that Wekan Holdings Ltd. DBA Burnaby Repo.com is open for business) if it is not to your satisfaction. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in, with a maximum of 100 additional kilometers from the odometer value indicated on the purchase agreement, or with a maximum of 1 additional hour if only equipped with an hour meter, to be eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus taxes, less a re-stocking fee of $175.00 plus taxes.
✔ Contract Commitment Cancellation
Any time a deposit is secured on a vehicle, it is with full-commitment to purchase; however, prior to completing the purchase contract, a purchaser may cancel their purchase within the contract completion period. Please be advised that any dishonored commitments to purchase will result in a contract cancellation fee of $175.00 plus taxes.
✔ Sell-Back Option
Once you are done enjoying your vehicle, you may bring it back to us, at which point Repo.com will re-sell the item for the original listing price, minus $150.00 per month of ownership for general depreciation, plus sales fees and hard costs (some conditions and limitations may apply). For example, an item that was originally listed for $10,000.00 could be re-listed for $8200.00 after 12 months of ownership. While some dealerships operate on commission and negotiate on their prices, as a recovery agency with a dealership licence, Repo.com operates differently. All of our prices are set below market value by default, to the amount that is approved to be recovered. In fact, the price listed is the exact authorized amount that needs to be recovered to grant the purchaser a clear title, and a lien-free vehicle.
